ORNASI — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Shipping Sourcing & Logistics
Ornasi operates as an independent marketer and retail distributor of premium skincare and wellness products. All items are dispatched in their original, sealed manufacturer packaging directly from our fulfillment hubs. We partner with reliable, third-party domestic courier networks (collectively, "Carriers") to handle transport and last-mile delivery.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Transit Time: Once handed over to our Carrier partners, standard delivery across India typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and regional accessibility.
Tracking: As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking link will automatically be sent to your registered email address and phone number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen delivery speed. Any applicable shipping promotions or free delivery thresholds will be clearly highlighted on the checkout page prior to payment processing.

4. Transfer of Loss & Delivery Accuracy
Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing an absolute, correct, and complete shipping address and contact number during checkout. Ornasi bears no financial responsibility for failed deliveries or lost packages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the buyer.

Risk of Loss: In accordance with our Terms of Service, risk of loss and title for all physical items pass to you immediately upon our handover of the package to the third-party Carrier. Any claims for transit delays, damage, or missing items must be filed directly with the respective courier company using your provided tracking number.

ORNASI — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Hygienic & Safety Restrictions
Due to the medical, hygienic, and personal-use nature of cosmetic topical formulations, supplements, and skincare products, Ornasi operates under a strict "No Returns, No Exchanges" policy for opened or used items. This measure is required to maintain public health standards and guarantee product integrity for all of our customers.

2. Eligible Grounds for Returns & Replacements
We will happily issue a free replacement or a full refund only under the following verified circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Sourcing: The product package arrives visibly broken, leaked, cracked, or physically damaged upon delivery.
Incorrect Item Dispatched: The item handed over to you does not match the product name or variant displayed on your original invoice confirmation.

3. Strict 7-Day Claim Window & Procedure
If your order qualifies for a return based on Section 2 above, you must initiate a claim within seven (7) days of the Carrier's recorded delivery date:

Provide your official Order ID Number.
Crucial Requirement: Attach clear, unedited photographic or video evidence showing the outer shipping box condition and the specific defect, leak, or incorrect product label.
Our inspection team will review your claim within 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or authorize a full refund/replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Refundable Situations (Manufacturer Exclusion)
As third-party marketers, Ornasi explicitly excludes refunds, returns, or exchanges based on the following grounds:
Subjective dissatisfaction with product performance, scent, texture, or cosmetic results.
Allergic responses, skin irritation, or breakouts triggered by a manufacturer's formulation. As detailed in our Terms of Service, composition liabilities rest solely with the manufacturing brand (e.g. Galderma), and customers must review full ingredient panels prior to purchase.
Standard change-of-mind cancellations once an item has already been physically dispatched from our facility.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is officially authorized by our compliance team, the transaction will be processed backward through our payment gateway (Razorpay). The funds will automatically credit back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your financial institution’s processing times.
